In this project, the class made decorative dish cloths for Rosh Hashanah. In preparation for the holiday, we have talked a lot about apples and the different parts of the apple (seeds, stem, peel, fruit). Morah Blumi sliced our apples in half so that we could use them to make apple shaped marks and also give us a chance to explore what the core of an apple looks like.
