I is for Inuit
morah Shira took a picture of us in our coats the other day and we were very confused as to why she was.
but then we saw how we put our very own face inside of the Inuit that we each colored.
we then continued to decorate using pom-poms to add a bit of fluffiness to our coats!

Show and Tell for the letter I.
Lily brought in two different colored inks with stamps!
Check out the Ice cream sundae that vera brought in; it even has a little cherry on it! how cute?!
Athena wanted to show us her super cool drawing Ipad that you could color using a special pen!
Shai is holding an ice cream scooper which he was very excited to show us!
William brought in three things to show us for show and tell!
1. a letter I Transformer
2. a book about an Inchworm
and 3. an Inch ruler
Zadie is holding her iPod that she brought in!
Graeme is holding a bag filled with ice cream toys and scoopers, and fake money which we actually played with during free play! we played an ice cream shop and had so much fun choosing our favorite flavors!
I is for Ice cream!
Since we are learning about the letter I and Ice cream starts with the letter I, we thought it would be really fun to try and make our very own ice cream to eat!
morah Shira had this really cool ball that we filled with ice and salt. then we filled the other side with milk, sugar, and vanilla. we took turns shaking it and then we had so much fun rolling it to each other until it became the same consistency as ice cream.
and you know what? we had it for snack and it was delicious!
