The letter of the week is the letter R! R for recycling! just like we use trees and recycle!

we even got to try some dry fruit in honor of the trees birthday! some papaya, and dried mango! we also had olives and dates!

being that Monday was the Hebrew birthday for the trees; we learned about the 7 foods of Israel!
