Sight
Our pupil- the "window" of our eye- lets the light in. (we need light
to see in color). The iris (the ring of color around our pupil) acts
as curtains around the window- if there is a lot of light available,
it'll close up- so that not too much will get in and hurt the eye. But
if light is scarce, it'll open up= the pupil will become bigger. We
tried this out with flashlights and it was really cool to see our
pupils get bigger and smaller.
Also, when the lens in our eye " takes a picture" it goes to the back
of our eye- the retina- upside down. but when the nerves bring this
upside down message/picture to the brain, the brain turns it right
side up.
